What is Customer Upload?

Customer Upload is the easiest way to transfer your existing customer database to your Clover. Simply upload a properly formatted CSV file to our app and we take care of the rest. We even accept CSVs in the export format from other POS providers, this way creating a customer database takes seconds, not hours.

Frequently Asked Questions

How many customers can I upload at one time?

You can upload up to 1,500 customers at a time, but you can use this tool as often as you need.

What happens if my CSV file has more than 1,500 customers?

This app will stop uploading after 1,500 customers, you can of course adjust the CSV file and do another upload

How long does it take to upload my customers?

Actual upload times vary based on how many customers you have in your database. It can take a few seconds up to a few minutes.

Does Customer Upload filter based on my current Clover customers?

Customer Upload is desiged to upload an existing database to a new Clover POS and therefore does not screen for existing customers.

What formats does this app accept?

We currently support a default format, which can be created within Excel or another spreadsheet program as well as NCR Silver-exported customer lists. If there is another POS system that you would like us to support please contact us.
